近年来一直围绕钢铁及轻合金强韧化设计开展了大量研究工作。主要从事钢铁、高强度铝、钛等合金的析出、强韧化和电致强化方面的研究工作。主持了国家自然科学基金(青年) 超高强、高韧α+β型钛合金的电致强化机理(51701080项目、长春兴昱机械制品有限公司 “锌铝合金模具新材料及其液态成型技术开发(2016220002000169)”、东方蓝天钛金科技有限公司 “基于脉冲电流强韧化技术的航空航天用紧固件及材料定向改性设计技术与产业化(2018220002000349)”等项目,参加了“全液压深部大陆科学钻探用钻机研制 (SinoProbe-09-05)-高强韧耐热铝合金钻杆新材料研发 (Nos. 201011082) ”、吉林省财政厅“车用新材料及加工技术(SXGJSF2017-3)”、国家重点专项子项“先进工程材料中子无损测试分析-1 (2017YFA0403704) ”、国家自然基金“车身结构钢铝异种材料温热胶铆复合连接技术及服役失效研究(No.51775227) ”等研究工作。作为第一作者及通讯作者在国际知名学术期刊上发表论文20余篇。
